AtMetro Orthotics, we are committed to delivering high-quality orthopaedic and rehabilitation support products that meet the highest standards of performance and comfort. However, if a product is found to be defective, we offer a return and refund facility under the terms outlined below.
Returns
Returns are acceptedonly in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.
Please note thatreturns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be satisfied:
- Defective Product: The item must exhibit a verifiable manufacturing defect or damage.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in itsoriginal condition, including packaging, labels, and all accompanying accessories.
- Timeframe: Areturn request must be raised within 7 working days from the date of product delivery.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Refunds are applicableonly for defective products approved after inspection.
- Refund Mode: Approved refunds will be credited to youroriginal payment method, as applicable.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team.

Return / Replacement Policy
AtMetro Orthotics, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and replacement policy is designed to provide a smooth and transparent experience.
Eligibility for Return/Replacement:
- Returns or replacements can be requestedwithin 7 days from the date of delivery.
- A return or replacement will be acceptedonly in the following cases:
- The product received isdamaged or defective.
- The product has asize issue.
- Product-to-product replacement is not allowed. For instance, if you purchased Product A, it cannot be exchanged for Product B.
- The applicable return or replacement policy for each product may vary. Pleaserefer to the respective product page for specific details.
- Pick-up or replacement, where available, will be arrangedonly from the original delivery address.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Products
Forhealth, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products arenon-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. Customers are advised to review the product details carefully before making a purchase.
However,exceptions may be made in the following cases, subject tomandatory proof requirements and reporting within48 hours of delivery atsupport@metroorthotics.in:
- Wrong Product Delivered – A clearunboxing video showing the incorrect product must be submitted.
- Lost Product in Transit – If the package is delivered empty, tampered, or missing items, afull unboxing video is required.
- Defective or Damaged Product – Report within48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as evidence.
Conditions for Exceptions:
- Onlyreplacement of the same product will be processed, subject to availability.
- Refunds or replacements without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processedonly after the returned product is received and inspected in accordance with the Return/Replacement Policy.
- In cases where replacement is not possible, arefund will be issued to the original payment source.
- For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be initiated to the original payment sourcewithin 5–7 business days after product inspection.
- For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed to the customer’sbank account within15 business days after product inspection and submission of valid bank details.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelledwithin 30 minutes of placement.
- Once an order isout for delivery, cancellation is not permitted. However, the customer may choose toreject the order at the doorstep.
- If an order is cancelled byMetro Orthotics due to unforeseen circumstances, afull refund will be processed for prepaid orders.
- Metro Orthotics reserves the right to accept or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
