Refund & Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. To initiate a return: 1. Open your order on the website or mobile app → tap "Request return". 2. Pick a reason and add notes. 3. Our team will email you within 24 hours to arrange free pickup. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, COD via bank transfer).
